Cart Parties
Looking for something unique for your next party? Have MIJA Concessions cater a
Cart Party. We have a variety of beautiful well maintained serving carts with
umbrellas. Our carts arrive complete with everything you need, including a

Grand Opening
Starting a new business? We will provide food and entertainment to attract crowds
and insure a successful grand opening.
Bar Mitzvahs
Everyone loves fun foods especially children. Cotton candy, sno cones, popcorn,
ice cream and candy apples always add excitement to any events. Make this special

We understand how important this day is and we are there for you from planning to
finish. We will work directly with you or your caterer and party planner to insure a
perfect party.
School Events/Fundraiser
MIJA Concessions has been helping schools, charities, religious organizations and
sports teams raise money since 1991.
Our company will come to your event, supply all the fun food equipment, supplies
and trained professionals to man the machines at no cost to your group. You will
receive a percentage from the sales of the food.
Fairs & Festivals
MIJA Concessions has been working fairs and festivals throughout the Southeast.
The Wilson County Fair in Tennessee is our largest fair with five major units.
Festivals range from major Jazz Festivals to a Goat Festival. Major music events to
a Pioneer Reenactment. MIJA Concessions has assisted in getting new festivals
started and some have turned into major annual events. If you would like us to
assist with you next fair or festival, give us a call.

cold days of January, through the hot sultry summers into Fall and the year's end,
we have products and event ideas to meet your every need.
In the warmer months MIJA Concessions can provide items such a ice cream, sno
cones, Hawaiian shave ice, or a full service barbecue event. Summer themes
include Luaus, Fish Fries, Sporting Events, a Mexican Fiesta, or Ice Cream
socials. Share your creative ideas and MIJA Concessions will bring them to life !
Fall themes might include an October Fest with grilled bratwurst and an Ompah
Band. We also add hot cider and caramel apples to our Fall Menu.
For the colder months we have espresso carts, hot chocolate carts and soup
carts. For the winter holidays and Valentine's Day, the Chocolate Factory,
complete with a variety of delicious chocolate items is a great addition to any
event. We can provide fresh baked pastries, cakes and cookies for a gourmet
sweet table.
