Java Jane's House of Gourmet was founded in 1997 as a gourmet food product line
developed by MIJA Concessions. Products include, but not limited to, Gourmet Coffees
From Around the World, Hand Made Chocolates, Gourmet Candies, Custom Ice Cream
& Gelato, Cookies, Custom Cakes, Candied Popcorn, Savory Popcorn, Hot Roasted
Nuts, and German Frosted Nuts.
All of our products are made in-house from old family recipes giving us the ability to
control the quality of our products and to insure our high standards of taste and
freshness. Many of our products are what we call "Green Items", where we use organic
ingredients.
Java Jane's Creations was initiated in 2009 after our trailer and equipment was stolen
at Fort Campbell, KY. Jane's Uniform Handbags have become the hit of the military
wifes and moms. Request come in daily for that special handbag in honor of a loved
one. Our other uniform products are quite popular also, in fact an Army Major stated
that we should call our business "All Things ACU".
Heavenly Dawgs was the start of MIJA Concessions in 1998. Our hot dogs have
become famous in our travels throughout the Southeast. Our biggest honor was when
we were asked to serve with the 2002 Olympic Torch in Tennessee and Kentucky!
MIJA Photography is another new endeavor started after our misfortune in Kentucky.
Photography being a hobby of Mike's for many years has come to fruitation, offering
mobile studio setups specializing in children and pet photography. Mike's Santa Claus
and Easter Bunny Photos have been a big hit.
Being part of MIJA Concessions, we are able to participate in festivals, trade shows,
Fairs, and Special Catered Events. Our products have received rave reviews at every

Loosing our lease at the Farmer's Market in Nashville was a grave blow to our Nashville
endeavors, but it opened new doors for us. In the mean time our commissary in
Lebanon is working full speed ahead to continue to bring you our products.
