Our candied popcorn starts with only the best popping
kernels we can find freshly popped in coconut oil and
smothered with a delicious candy coating.
Savory Popcorn
Our same gourmet popcorn only it's smothered in our
savory flavoring. You have got to try the cheddar cheese,
it melts in your mouth or if you like it hot just let us know,
we have several spicy blends.
Caramel Corn
In 1893, Cracker Jacks, a delicious mixture of popcorn,
molasses, and peanuts, showed up at the Columbian
Exposition at Chicago (which opened to show the world
what progress Chicago had made since the fire of
1871). It was billed as "Candied Popcorn and Peanuts."
Today Java Jane’s House of Gourmet continues that
same great taste with our own Caramel Corn. Made
fresh in our kitchens in large vats our Caramel Corn is
tripled coated for the ultimate in taste and quality.
Kettle Corn
Kettle Corn or the popping of corn in an open kettle is
said to originate in the early 1800’s. Today we still
continue this old tradition. All of our Kettle Corn is
popped in large open kettles and paddled to perfection
guarantying you the best tasting Kettle Corn you have
ever tried.
Our traditional Kettle Corn has the unique taste of
sweet and salty which gives it an outstanding flavor.
